Whether you’re heading out on a road trip or having people over at home, you’re going to want something to play your tunes from, and we’re big fans of the Beats Pill Portable Wireless Speaker.

One of Beats’ most iconic designs, the brand brought back its Bluetooth speaker last summer and it’s back in stock and on sale with a new price of just $99.

The portable speaker packs a ton of features and loud, room-shaking sound in a pill-shaped package. A single charge gets you up to 24 hours of playtime, and the device pairs easily with your Apple or Android device for easy streaming from your phone or computer. With an IP-rating of IP67, this Bluetooth speaker is fully water-resistant, so you can use it by the pool or next to your shower without worry. In fact, we’ve taken it to the beach where it’s kept playing despite a few (accidental splashes) of water and sand.

Beats is known for making products with big, bold sound and this is no exception. The Beats Pill delivers surprisingly crisp audio and deep, full bass. The company says its revamped woofer “displaces 90% more air volume,” meaning there’s more focus on your tunes. A 20-degree internal tilt, meantime, directs the audio upwards toward the listener, rather than straight down or across.

In our experience, a single speaker is loud enough to soundtrack a pool party or barbecue. Grab a second speaker and pair the two units together to create your own stereo sound experience. Beats says the Pill speaker uses the same acoustic components found in some of the best professional recording studios in the world. Download the Beats Pill+ app to unlock even more audio features.

The Pill has a built-in microphone so it can double as a speakerphone for letting you take calls hands-free. Need a quick charge? Plug your phone into the speaker and it serves as a power bank to help boost your devices when the battery is low. Everything is housed in a rugged and durable casing that weighs little more than a pound. This is one of the most popular wireless speakers on the market, and works as great for the office as it does at home or in the dorm.

This set comes with the Beats Pill speaker with a USB-C charging cable, a lanyard for easy carrying, a quick start guide and a warranty card.

Get the new Beats Pill Bluetooth Speaker available in five different colors for just $99 at Amazon.com. As with all Amazon deals, this one could end at any time, so we recommend adding to cart while the discount is still live online.
