Whether you’re planning a holiday’s worth of movie nights or just want to stream the rest of the 2022 soccer season, the good news is that a handful of tech brands have made upgrading your home theater gear easier by marking down their 4K TVs and projectors, including this massive sale on Optoma’s CinemaX D2 projector — just in time to stream everything on your must-watch list.

For Cyber Monday, the company is running a promotion that gets you a whopping $410 off the D2’s retail price on Amazon, bringing the price down to just $2,289. While you’d normally have to shell out $2,699+ for this smart 4K laser projector, you’re saving up to 15 percent on a projector that doesn’t usually get any type of discount. (And we have you covered for all the best Amazon Cyber Monday tech deals, too, which we’re updating daily.)

Buy Optoma CinemaX D2 Projector

The Optoma CinemaX D2 boasts plenty of power for streaming sports and new movie releases, plus 3,000 lumens and an impressive laser color display that will look bright even during the day.

Because it’s a short-throw projector, you don’t have to worry as much about setup or rearranging your entire living room just to make sure there’s nothing in the way while it’s running. You can simply place it on a console table next to the wall, and the projector will throw up a 120-inch cinema-like display up on the surface next to it. That means even when it’s time to refill your popcorn, your shadow won’t interrupt the movie.

Even cooler, this is a smart projector, and you can actually control the projector using your voice and Amazon Alexa with an Echo or Google Assistant using a Google Home device. It also comes with a remote that makes it quick and easy to start watching your favorite streaming service, including Netflix or Prime Video. As for the sound, it also houses a built-in 40W soundbar that delivers booming bass and clear, detailed sound, so you don’t have to sweat adding an additional sound system to watch your shows or a film.
