Can you believe we’re already in the second week of October? It feels like just yesterday I was hanging my swimsuit out to dry after a day on the lake — and now I’m stepping on crunchy leaves and brushing off my fall jacket. (Well, not quite yet, it’s still 80 degrees in New York, but you get the idea.) The change in seasons can only mean one thing: the holidays are right around the corner.
Not to induce panic, but December is only 55 days away. So yes, it’s officially time to start your holiday shopping.
Luckily, there couldn’t be a better time. Amazon’s bi-annual Prime Day sale is happening from Oct. 7 to 8, 2025, and the discounts rival even the best Black Friday deals (plus, things are far less likely to sell out right now). From best-selling toys like American Girl Dolls to stocking stuffers, big-ticket gadgets, and even holiday décor, we’ve rounded up the top deals you can snag today.
Save yourself the usual seasonal scramble and get your shopping done early, so you can focus on the more important things, like spiking the eggnog or spending time with family (or, if you’re like me, both). Take a look at our favorite discounts below.
