The World Cup is getting good. Very good. The Round of 16 kicks off on Saturday, July 4, after a thrilling Round of 32 that included major upsets from Paraguay and Morocco, fantastic performances from top teams, and a ticket onward for the U.S.
In other words, it’s a great time to get your friends and family together for a World Cup watch party. If you have any on the books, there’s also a great way to save on watch party essentials: DashPass.
The DoorDash subscription service is always a good way to save on deliveries, but right now it’s even better. To celebrate the World Cup, DashPass is offering a host of special deals throughout the tournament. From July 2–8, it’s Watch Party Week for DashPass members, with the service offering even more significant discounts from restaurants and stores like CVS and Lowe’s for any other watch party essentials. The deals also include specific brands, such as Takis, Pepsi, Jolly Rancher, and Advil (for the day after the watch party).
Two of the best deals during DashPass’s Watch Party Week are buy-one-get-one-free deals at Pizza Hut and Burger King. Get a large Create Your Own pizza from Pizza Hut and get another one for free, or get a Whopper at Burger King and your second one is free.
How Much Is DashPass? What Are the Perks?
Not a DashPass member? New subscribers can get a 30-day free trial to unlock all the World Cup deals. If you want to keep DashPass after the 30 days are up, the subscription costs $9.99 per month or $96 per year. And you’ll likely want to keep it, as the subscription can yield some serious savings and perks. Here are some of the highlights:
- DashPass members get unlimited $0 delivery fees and reduced service fees (on eligible orders), making every order cheaper.
- You’ll also get 5% back in DoorDash credits on pickup orders, and more exclusive deals outside of the Summer of DashPass discounts.
- Exclusive Lyft ride benefits when you link your DashPass and Lyft accounts.
