This probably shouldn’t surprise you, but Lenny Kravitz has good taste. The genre-bending rock star, actor, and big scarf wearer is lending his discerning eye for the awaited return of his CB2 furniture collaboration. The 62-piece capsule dropped on Sept. 25 and is available to shop today.
The collection is the third installment in the Kravitz-CB2 partnership, with the first launching ten years ago. The latest capsule is inspired by “European modernism, the famed Case Study Houses in Southern California, and the relaxed spirit of Malibu,” according to the brand.

There’s a heavy dose of texture across the pieces, although the color palette is decidedly muted. “My aim was to create a collection of pieces that feel timeless,” said Kravitz in a press release. Pieces include bar stools with Danish cord, suede accent chairs, marble tables, and quilted fabric accent chairs and sofas.
The paper lanterns are a twist on a traditional style, mixing rice paper with stainless steel. The lights are available as pendants, flush mount lights, and a bold table lamp featuring breccia marble. The pieces emphasize warm neutrals like toffee, ivory, sand, and charcoal, with stainless steel accents throughout. Prices range from $14 for tableware to $3,599 for the Kanan sofa.
Kravitz’s interest in design isn’t a newfound hobby; he founded Kravitz Design in 2003, and his design firm has worked on everything from private residences to collaborations with Leica, Fred Segal, and Kartell.
