The competition to sponsor the greatest Olympians is nearly as fierce as the games themselves, and Gap’s women’s athletic brand, Athleta, has some heavy hitters on its roster. Simone Biles is the most decorated athletes in women’s gymnastics, and after winning four medals at the 2024 Paris Olympics, has partnered with Athleta once again for a brand new capsule collection. Their partnership comes off the heels of of Biles’ highly-anticipated national Gold Over America Tour.
Athleta has sponsored Biles since 2021, and she’s also a member of the brand’s Power of She Collective, which “aims to connect, celebrate, and empower game-changing women.” In addition to the latest campaign, Athleta unveiled its Anthem collection in June ahead of the Olympics, a limited-edition run of red, white, and blue workout apparel. This line marks the first time Athleta is launching a multi-generational collection, featuring five pieces of activewear and comfortable basics for women, two for girls, and a belt bag ($28—$199).
