The CONCACAF Champions Cup has reached the quarterfinals, with the biggest teams across North and Central America and the Caribbean facing off for a shot at the Cup. Mexico has dominated the tournament, with Mexican clubs winning all but one tournament since 2006. They were interrupted most recently by the MLS team Seattle Sounders in 2022.
Four MLS teams remain, with two of the biggest facing off today, April 2. LAFC will host Inter Miami, led by Lionel Messi, in Los Angeles. The teams will then meet again on April 9 at Chase Stadium in Miami, with the aggregate winner advancing to the semifinals.

Fubo
Pros: Great coverage for sports fans

Pros: Great value, with a la carte options
Cons: No free trial
Sling carries FS1 on its Blue package, which is available for $50.99 a month, or $25.50 for the first month. While Sling does not offer a free trial, it’s still one of the best values in streaming.

ViX
Pros: Good coverage of Spanish-language channels, good value
Cons: Some sports coverage is limited
ViX is a Spanish-language streaming service carrying live sports, series, and novelas across a range of channels. ViX will carry all of the CONCACAF matches live with Spanish commentary. It’s available as an add-on subscription for Prime members.

Will Lionel Messi Play in the CONCACAF Champions Cup Quarterfinal Against LAFC?
Messi is expected to play against LAFC. Due to injuries, Miami is proceeding carefully regarding its star player, and Messi is not expected to play the full 90 minutes.
Miami Head Coach Javier Mascherano told reporters after Miami’s win over Philadelphia, “The plan is for him to recuperate and travel to Los Angeles. Today, the time that he played, he played because he was good. We didn’t risk him.”
