At a Glance: How to Watch “Live Más LIVE: A Night at the Palladium”

At Live Más LIVE: A Night at the Palladium, Taco Bell unveiled a whopping 20 new menu items for 2026 during a show filled with surprises, games and bits hosted by Vince Staples. Aside from the artists mentioned above, other stars appearing in the special include Ariana Madix, Ashley Park, Davante Adams, Ego Nwodim and Fernando Mendoza.

I was in attendance at the taping and can tell you that not much information was shared in advance aside from a couple of the artist appearances, so the reactions you’ll see on camera to the surprises revealed throughout the night are very much real.

The audience in attendance included entertainment and food media of course, but also influencers and top Taco Bell fans, who were thrilled and kept the energy alive throughout the presentation that felt very much like Apple’s WWDC. From musical comedy bits to surprise appearances across entertainment and sports to a game show where celebs were guessing real vs. fake Taco Bell items (remember the Mountain Dew Baja Blast Pie?), Taco Bell fueled the fun with a lineup of stars who all share a genuine love for the brand, all in the irreverent and comedic brand voice they have become known for over the years.

Want to watch Live Más LIVE: A Night at the Palladium? The special begins streaming on March 10 exclusively on Peacock, with deals going live in tandem, making it a must-watch for Taco Bell lovers out there.
