Our furry friend Labubu has been quite the status symbol recently. Created by Hong Kong–born artist Kasing Lung, the doll’s Gremlin-like fur, wide eyes, and mischievous charm have turned them into a global sensation not unlike Beanie Babies or Hello Kitty — but it’s not just because they’re so stinkin’ cute (and creepy). As bag charms have taken over the fashion industry, with brands like Coach to Bottega Veneta in Milan showing them off on their runways this season, they’ve become quickly adopted by celebs (especially Blackpink’s Lisa) and other high-fashion icons.

But thanks to limited-edition drops of Labubu lines from Pop Mart, the figurines continue to sell out in record time, to the point where they’ve become the unexpected breakout star of resale sites like StockX and especially Kicks Crew. According to the latter, they’ve seen a staggering 346% increase in Labubu items sold from March to May 2025. For being in such high demand (and the random nature of the blind boxes they’re sold in), it’s no surprise that these toothy little monsters have not seen a sale nor a discount since their meteoric rise. But a new rare deal can get you $15 off any order of Pop Mart merchandise on Kicks Crew, no minimum amount needed.

From now until July 20, 2025, RS readers can use the exclusive promo code ROLLINGSTONE15 to get $15 off any Pop Mart blind box, vinyl figurine, or keychain — and it doesn’t even have to be a Labubu (their sister dolls, Crybabies are also available, as well as collabs like their Powerpuff Girls collection). Individual push keychains from recent collections like “Tasty Macarons” and “Big Into Energy” already start around $50, so it’s not too difficult to score the best sale on Labubus we’ve seen so far this year.
