The Oklahoma City Thunder are NBA champions.
This is technically the team’s first NBA title since relocating from Seattle and rebranding from the SuperSonics. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the team to victory over the Indiana Pacers with 29 points, garnering him the regular season MVP, scoring title, and Finals MVP awards. No player has picked up all three in more than 25 years. Pacers fans might put an asterisk on the win, since Indiana lost their star Tyrese Haliburton in the first quarter, but there’s no denying the Thunder’s domination throughout the 2024-25 season and this year’s postseason.
If you’re celebrating the Thunder’s win, it’s time to pick up some commemorative NBA gear. Oklahoma City NBA champions merch is now available to buy on Nike, and the selection includes some genuinely cool pieces.
Nike OKC Thunder NBA Parade T-Shirt
$50
Our favorite is this white parade T-shirt, featuring bold fonts and an even more bold flaming basketball graphic on the front. On the back is the 2024-25 team lineup next to an image of the Larry O’Brien Trophy. The piece is very reminiscent of Y2K basketball style, when mascots and coloring were louder, which is something we’ve seen fans asking for online recently.
Nike OKC Thunder NBA Locker Room T-Shirt
$40
For something a little more straightforward, you can also grab a classic Oklahoma City Thunder NBA champions locker room tee or hoodie. It’s the same piece the team wore to accept the trophy after Sunday’s game, and makes a great commemorative pick for any Thunder fans.
