The new Exorcist movie, starring Scarlett Johansson and directed by horror maestro Mike Flanagan, won’t hit theaters until March 2027. But for fans who can’t wait that long for their next dose of demonic possession, we’ve found a way to add a little more boo to your day-to-day. Or should we say, boots?

Dr. Martens has turned two of its most iconic styles into Exorcist-inspired footwear: The Jadon and the 1460. Both retail for under $230, with the latter coming in at a lower price point. Available online while supplies last, these limited-edition styles might just disappear when you least expect them. Much like a certain little girl from the original film.

The Jadon takes a more subtle approach to the movie, with the iconic line “I’m not Reagan” from the 1973 script written across the shoe’s deep purple exterior. The 1460 boot, meanwhile, takes a more literal approach, featuring a lighter purple hue and Reagan front and center.

Both pairs promise Dr. Martens’ signature comfort (yes, despite what some social media critics might have you believe) and the durability to hold up against whatever the night throws your way, whether that’s a run-in with a demon or a few miles of trick-or-treating. The collection also includes a matching bag and socks.

When The Exorcist first hit theaters in the Seventies, it didn’t immediately become the horror institution it is today. The film did, however, earn two Academy Awards in 1974, and its legacy has only grown in the decades since. With millions in box-office earnings, multiple sequels and prequels, and even a television adaptation, the franchise has proved remarkably difficult to put to rest. Back in 2022, Rolling Stone even ranked it as the number one horror movie of all time.

Now, fans are eagerly awaiting Flanagan’s next installment. Early glimpses from the set have already sparked conversations on Reddit, with users expressing hope that the director will finally get the hype he deserves. The wait continues until March 2027, but in the meantime, you can shop Dr. Martens’ Exorcist boots.
